I really like the clean design of the exterior. The use of the curtain wall and Kalwall are creative and speak very directly to the creative work that goes on inside the building, and the texture and patterns, related to what happens inside the building, are strong. The interior design is fresh, clean and creative. I really like the color palette and furniture selections. – Steve Erwin a h a ndsome Composition I love this inside and out. The cool, crisp glass box atop the stone plinth is visually very exciting — a handsome composition of clear and fritted glass, Kalwall and glossy red metal contrast beautifully with the dramatic and rugged landscape and plinth. The cool, crisp aesthetics continue throughout the interiors where textural elements play off of the clean surfaces. The complicated secant wall construction is an impressive aspect of this visually simple building. The building appears to work in its location. Many times a new jewel box like this is successful on its own but diminishes the entirely of the campus components into which it is inserted.
